Sharika is a "Tru-Tru" Bahamian Winner with Furniture Plus! Nassau and Grand Bahama - Tuesday, 23 July 2008. Sharika Arthur has proven herself a "Tru-Tru Bahamian" by playing along with and winning the "Furniture Plus Tru-Tru Bahamian Radio Trivia Contest." Hosted live every morning at 7:30 AM by "Big L" on MORE 94, listeners have the chance to call in and give the correct answers on a variety of brain-teaser questions about our Bahamian culture and country. At the end of each week one winner is drawn from both the Nassau and Grand Bahama entries and awarded the Grand Prize! Sharika was thrilled to walk away with two round-trip tickets on The BoHengy to lovely Harbour Island by way of Bahamas Fast Ferries, and a beautiful Bahamian gift basket filled with sweet delights courtesy of Furniture Plus.  Yolanda Pawar of Ad Impact representing Furniture Plus along with "Big L" of MORE 94 FM – hosts of the radio trivia. The Grand Bahama Grand Prize Winner, Dominique Deveaux (not shown in photos) won herself a trip to Nassau compliments of Regional Air and Sky Bahamas. The contest continues until the end of the month and these fabulous prizes are offered every week, with additional bonus prizes up for grabs from Ardastra Gardens and Dolphin Encounters.
