• Who is In-House Investments, Ltd?
In-House also believes that:
• How does it work?
If you agree to these terms then Furniture Plus will deliver your new products and In-House will loan you the money to pay for them. You will make monthly payments as agreed to In-House until your new furniture, appliance or television is yours. Here's a typical example: [insert example of a television set illustrating the monthly payment and number of months. No point in showing the purchase price for this example] • How much can I buy?
Even if you have been on the job a short time and do not own a home, you are still entitled to credit at Furniture Plus. The only difference is that the loan will be smaller and the terms might be shorter. The best part about this is that if you pay back as promised then your credit will continue to improve! • Can I add to my purchase later?
• What is Salary Deduct?
With Salary Deduct, there is an agreement with your employer (if they participate) that enables you to have your payment deducted from your paycheck. This makes In-House much more willing to loan more to you as their risk is less. It's also convenient for you since you never have to worry about a late payment. • What is Interest?
• What are Late Charges?
The good news is that we have dependable and honest customers who pay on time so very few get charged a late fee. • What happens if I lose my job or cannot make • the payments?
When it comes to the future of your credit this is what is important:
Your commitment to pay is not only a legal one, it is an ethical one as well. • How do I get started?
Congratulations! You're on your way to creating the beautiful home you desire!

In-House is a lender that specializes in large purchases such as furniture, appliances, electronics, automobiles and computers. They understand that the high cost of these products requires special terms in order for people to enjoy them today.
Furniture Plus handles all of the processes and paperwork as part of our service to our customers. We ask you questions about your work, your household and your expenses to determine how much you can safely borrow without becoming overextended. It doesn't help you or us to sell you something you cannot afford. We then work with In-House Investments to work out a payment plan that both you and they can live with.
When In-House Investments decides how much they can loan you, they look at your ability to pay the loan back over time. If you have a good source of income and have a stable lifestyle, then you are considered a "good risk." This means that they feel you will honor your commitment to pay back the money they loaned you. The better you have managed your money and lifestyle, the more they are willing to loan you, and the longer they will give you to pay it back.
Absolutely! We have customers who have furnished many family homes over the years using their good credit. Valued customers who meet their commitments with In-House are given a higher "credit score." This means that they are considered special customers and are entitled to add to their purchases over time. In most cases your monthly payment will not increase. In-House will simply extend the amount of time you have to pay off your purchase!
This is an exciting program developed by In-House Investments to improve our customers' ability to make purchases with Furniture Plus. The greatest risk that In-House has is a customer not paying as promised. This lowers the amount they are willing to loan out to new customers.
When In-House loans you money they have to make a profit to cover their expenses and make it worthwhile. They charge a percentage fee to the loan to do this. This fee is included as a small portion of your monthly payment so you don't have to worry about paying a fee after you thought you had paid off your purchase.
When a customer does not pay on time it causes In-House Investments to spend more money to cover their costs. To compensate them, they will charge the customer a fee for being late. Customers who do not pay on time will end up paying more than they planned for their purchase because of these fees.
The most important thing to In-House Investments is communication. If you are forced to miss a payment or have reason to believe you won't be able to meet your obligation then you should contact one of our Customer Service Representatives immediately. Depending on your situation, special arrangements can be made.
