As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer experiences and assisting customers in finding the perfect products for their homes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Listen to customer needs and preferences to guide them in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and information to customers.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience.
  • Passion for sales and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and establish trust.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Positive attitude and quickly adapt to new skills.
  • Ability to work a large showroom
  • Computer literate
